Sometimes , we want to have something fresh for breakfast or tea . If you do so , you must learn to cook this yummy salad . Combining fresh, raw fruit and salad leaves with walnuts creates a delicious cleansing salad that is rich in antioxidants and enzymes that boost the immune system.Let’s learn now !

ingredients

75g/3oz cup shelled wahnuts, halved

2 red Williantis pears

15ml/1 tbsp lemon juice

150g/50oz/1 large bunch watercres tough stalks removed

200g/70g/2 scant cups Roquefort, cut into chunks

For the dressing

45ml 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

30ml lemon juice

2.5ml clear honey

5ml Dijon mustard

salt and freshly ground black pepper

Step 1

Torast the walnuts in a pan for 2 a dry frying minutes until golden, towing fiuspremly to prevet them from burning

Step 2

Meanwhile, make the dressing. Combine the olive oil, lemon

juice, honey, mustand and seasoning in a screw-top jar or bowl. Shake or пох to combine thoroughly .

Step 3

Halve the pears, remove the pears the cores , then cut into slices . Toss the pear slices in the lemon juice to prevent them browning, then combine with the watercress, walnuts and Roquefort in a bowl .

Step 4

Pour the dressing over the salad , toss well and serve immediately .
